Michael Gralinski, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Dr. Gralinski, along with his partners, started CorDynamics in 2002 and has shepherded the growth of the company into a leading provider of preclinical cardiovascular laboratory and consulting services for more than 200 international biopharmaceutical clients.

Dr. Gralinski garnered extensive management experience working for several pharmaceutical organizations including Warner-Lambert/Parke-Davis, G.D. Searle, Pharmacia, and Pfizer. His past responsibilities included directing product safety, toxicology, and safety pharmacology operations, leading resolution efforts for cardiovascular issues involving discovery, development, and marketed compounds, as well as cultivating relationships with global colleagues throughout small and large biopharma. Dr. Gralinski has given presentations on the field of cardiovascular toxicology in many international forums; was involved in the genesis of the Safety Pharmacology Society and has been elected to multiple positions on its Board of Directors including Treasurer, Vice-President, and ultimately President.

Dr. Gralinski earned his B.S. in Pharmacology & Toxicology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Ph.D. in Pharmacology (Cardiovascular) at the University of Michigan.

 

Peter Senese, Chief Operating Officer and Founder

Mr. Senese has nearly 30 years of operational experience in many industrial environments including contract research organizations and multiple pharmaceutical companies. He holds a B.S. in biology from Loyola University.

Before establishing CorDynamics, Mr. Senese was a Toxicology Operations Manager responsible for directing toxicologists and their managers, in-house scheduling and outsourcing liaison functions with contract laboratories, and serving as Study Director and Study Monitor on many critical studies. An expert in GLP and OECD process engineering and computer validation, Mr. Senese is also an active member of the Society of Toxicology.

 

Liomar Neves, Ph.D., Senior Scientist

Dr. Neves has more than 10 years of cardiovascular research experience in both the academic and industrial environments. She is well-respected and extensively published in the field of cardiovascular research, with more than 80 abstracts and peer review publications to her name. Dr. Neves is currently responsible for managing the small-animal laboratories, including the Langendorff heart, and their studies at CorDynamics.

 

Doug Janssen, Research Manager

Mr. Janssen has worked in the pharmaceutical drug safety environment for more than 20 years, coordinating the design execution and reporting of numerous exploratory and GLP-compliant studies. A trained prosector and animal anesthesiologist, Mr. Janssen is a research technician responsible for the proper care and transport of animals. He also conducts and or assists with all in-house studies as well as maintains the laboratory and its equipment.

 

Jinbao Huang, Research Scientist

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Huang is the lead surgeon responsible for conducting and or assisting all in-house studies. He has also published extensively in the field of cardiovascular pharmacology. Mr. Huang also maintains facility records and analyzes reports and cardiovascular data.

 

Melissa Fisher, Operations Manager

A certified veterinary technician with years of experience working closely with veterinary staff to insure the proper care and use of laboratory subjects, Ms. Fisher conducts and assists with all in-house studies. Ms. Fisher also maintains the company’s archives and training files as well as coordinates sponsor and government inspections.

 

Theresa Gralinski, Marketing Director

With nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience, Ms. Gralinski is responsible for managing the CorDynamics brand and ensuring the company continues to grow its industry presence. Through website content, email newsletters, social media and sales materials, Ms. Gralinski maintains a dialog with CorDynamics clients, prospective customers and colleagues.

At CorDynamics, we employ professionals with years of pharmaceutical experience handling sophisticated data including telemetry and other advanced cardiovascular models. Working closely with our certified veterinary technicians, we provide comprehensive, insightful and accurate assessments.

 

Quality Assurance Team

Our quality assurance unit has extensive experience with cardiovascular safety pharmacology studies. This team monitors all our procedures and facilities on a regular basis to ensure CorDynamics meets industry standards.

 

IT Team

We have IT personnel dedicated to maintaining and archiving data generated on our acquisition platforms. This team ensures your data has good fidelity throughout the entire study process.
